This is awesome! It's like the free credit report guys... but with an ecological purpose (plus, it's stuck in my head and will play in my head every time I go "... to the supermarkettttt"
Ok, it's been two days and it's officially stuck. I was surrounded by 6 year olds carrying their valentines in plastic grocery bags and all I could think of was this song!
@wonder-ful Are you a teacher? If so, perhaps next year your class could decorate paper bags to transport their valentines in. Make them the week before so they can bring them to school using the bag and then take all valentines they receive home in it too! Or, if you could find some budget money, spring for canvas bags they could decorate with a "Love Earth" theme.
@GreenSheep: I'm an aide and the one usually doing the take-home projects in my two rooms. The kids usually take gifts home in decorated paper bags, and 4 times a year they take home the bigger stuff in paper grocery bags that they decorate.
It's the stuff brought in from home that was all in plastic bags. Everytime I'd see a plastic bag I'd have the canvas bags song pop into my head.
At this point, I honestly wish I had the song as a ring tone.
